The College of Nursing was established in 2013 to be a major tributary of qualified national nursing staff capable of dealing with all acute and chronic medical cases with high efficiency and quality and at all three levels of health care (preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative) in response to the requirements of Iraqi society and to keep pace with scientific changes and developments at the local, regional and global levels. Since the college’s journey began, it has been granting a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
